Communication was good throughout. From the American location and Overseas location. I was provided the machine I ordered, even with Bitmain creating a different model and not producing the model I ordered on the second batch. Only complaint is when I called the NY (USA) location the woman on the phone was highly aggravated with my simple questions. Maybe a bad day don’t know but customer service is important.

They have representatives based in New York state and these representatives were very helpful and understood the need to issue W9 tax forms required in the US. They also spoke English well which bridged the language barrier. We are AsicHive, one of the largest Bitcoin miners in the US, and they were able to handle our requests for larger quantities of miners. They also gave you tracking numbers promptly so that you didn’t have to bug them to tell you where your shipments were.
